What is this? Some people may experience stress, anxiety and depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. Existing research on computer-based and in-person interventions for stress management for workers might provide useful information for policy makers.
In this Cochrane systematic review, the authors searched for randomized trials that compared computer-based versus in-person interventions for preventing and reducing stress in workers. They did not restrict their searches by date, language or type of publication and did the search in February 2017. They included 2 studies (total: 159 participants).
