This guidance is a knowledge translation tool that provides an online checklist for screening the health of new immigrants and refugees. This guidance is intended for primary care practitioners who wish to integrate the Canadian Immigrant Health Guidelines into practice. The online checklist is specific for different geographic regions, and includes a unique checklist for each visit and follow-up.
